The Postsecondary Education Research Center (PERC) comprises faculty, staff, and graduate students with affiliate researchers from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and partner institutions.

Jimmy Cheek

Jimmy Cheek, Chancellor Emeritus and Distinguished Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, provides leadership for PERC. In the center’s focus enhancing policy and practice, PERC reflects Cheek’s ongoing commitment to impact student access and completion on local, state, and national levels.
