About the Program

  • Customized leadership coaching for new presidents, chancellors, provosts
  • Support successful transition and on-boarding
  • Offer experienced advisory on relevant leadership and critical topics
  • Monthly one-on-one sessions via video conferencing to discuss specific topics, progress and challenges.
  • On-call support is available throughout the term should a need for crisis management arise
  • Campus Visits with an initial visit to assess and identify areas for targeted support and a mid-year visit for to evaluate current status and address ongoing areas of need or interest
  • Ten-month program with option to extend
  • Sponsored by the Postsecondary Education Research Center at the University of Tennessee
