Biography
Margaret Ritchie is the director of the Tennessee Tutoring Corps, a program funded by the Bill and Crissy Haslam Foundation and developed to help address student learning losses that have resulted from education disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, Ritchie works with other non-profit organizations in the areas of education, leadership, and policy. Her research interests include leadership succession and transition in primary and secondary schools, multi-academy trusts, and in higher education.
