PERC has developed partnerships with organizations such as the Tennessee Board of Regents, Tennessee Achieves, the University of Tennessee System, and postsecondary institutions across the state. PERC also collaborates with faculty outside of the College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences, as well as other UTK campus centers such as the Boyd Center for Business & Economic Research.
In addition to projects that align with PERC’s access and completion agendas, the center invites proposals related to research, policy, and practice projects that inform other areas of higher education need and align with team expertise.
